RECIPE PREPARATION Pasta with fish and cottage cheese:

How to make cottage cheese at home

In a tall pot, put the milk. We position the pot in a warm place, with a constant temperature, protected from drafts (especially cold ones).

Soak the gelatin in 100 ml of cold water and melt it, but without boiling it. Leave it to cool and mix it with the sugar and cheese.
